Returns Warranties Diecast Reproductions, Inc. does not warranty manufacturers' products purchased from other sources, stores or websites. Our products are only backed by limited warranties of the original manufacturer. Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information. New products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. All Models We cannot guarantee that every detail on the diecast model will be exactly like its original counterpart that is represents. Models are made by various manufacturers throughout the world and we are only a distributor of their products. Refund Policies We will accept the return of unsatisfactory merchandise that has been purchased within 30 days of the invoice date provided it is unused, in resalable condition, includes the original parts, literature and returned with a copy of the completed return form. These items may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price less the invoiced shipping cost & a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be sent via the original form of payment and if purchases were made with a credit card refunds will only be credited to the same card. Before returning any merchandise, contact diecastreproductions@msn.com to obtain a return authorization number. Packages received without a return authorization number written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. Credits or refunds will not be provided for items that were purchase from other users or from other sources. It is your responsibility to make sure the items being returned are packed well and insured for the return to Diecast Reproductions. As we will not be able to provide you with a refund for any items that are returned in less than perfect condition. Manufacture guaranties or warranties do not cover accidental damage caused by consumers. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen or damaged en route to Diecast Reproductions. If your items are damaged due to shipping, keep the original shipping carton and invoice and contact diecastreproductions@msn.com within 24hrs of the receipt of the package for additional instructions. Damage claims will be will be paid by the freight company. In this instance, shipping charges may not be reimbursable. Shipping charges will not be refunded for the following reasons; § You placed a duplicate order and do not inform us to cancel one of the matching orders. § Moved and forgot to notify us of your new address before we shipped your merchandise. § Decided to purchase the same item elsewhere and forgot to cancel your order with Diecast Reproductions, Inc. § An order is returned without a return authorization number and completed return form. § The merchandise you ordered is refused at the time of delivery. § Within 30 days of the purchase you are not satisfied with the items you received and decided to return the merchandise for a refund. § Manufacture imperfections found in products, literature or original packaging. Product Replacement Missing or damaged items must be reported to Diecast Reproductions within 24 hrs of delivery. Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement of identical items only. If an item is sent as a replacement by Diecast Reproductions, Inc. you will not be billed for any additional shipping charges for the replacement package. How To Return Merchandise To receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in the original boxes, packaging, including all literature & accessories. Any variation from these conditions could result in forfeiture or delay of your refund. Please do not return merchandise to us C.O.D. or Postage due, as they will not be accepted.
