SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Diecast Reproductions, Inc. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
In stock orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Items will be automatically shipped using the most economical services, which may include the following carriers; Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Ground. Once an item is shipped, we will contact you via email with the tracking information.

* If you require expedited shipping services, please contact us for shipping rates. In addition, expedited shipping is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our products at Diecast Reproductions, Inc.
You may return undamaged or unused products within the first thirty days from the date of delivery for a refund. However, a 10% restocking fee will apply and the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund. In addition, you will be responsible for the paying the return shipping cost as well.
In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be received within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and must not be damaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the returned item and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund and the item will be returned back to you.
